Now, I cannot say much about the rules we were using, even though, they were fairly easy and ran smoother than expected. Kalissa and I were play testing a company's new set of rules. I am still not sure what they are going to be called. However, I can bring up that I completed a commission work for Gettysburg around Devil's Den for the American Civil War. Since, Kalissa and do not have any Civil troops of our own: Tanks! The battle was just a four versus four out of tanks: Panzer IV H's versus Sherman tanks. Needless to say, the German tanks had better rolls in picking off the Shermans. They still got hit in the process and could have easily been destroyed in multiple hits. It just did not pan out that way. Here was the game that made it to five turns.
Wargaming and Such: This is mainly a blog for all other wargamers and similar hobbies to enjoy. My wife, Kalissa and I have been wargaming together, since my first wargame. We both started out playing Flames of War and have since broaden our interests in near all gaming. Though, we mainly play WW2 games, there are a whole range of interest we have. Hopefully, this blog and you all will get to see it all or close to it! Enjoy!
Lol, that is awesome! So the bad guys won the tank battle of the den.
